Pictures of events, screenings and red carpet appearances on Sunday, October 13, day 4 of the Hamptons International Film Festival.
It was an amazing experience the see the movie”Walking With The Enemy”.As I told the director, it is the exact story of my Mother who is a Holocaust survivor and experienced much
of what is depicted in the movie.. I was born in Budapest , Hungary so I can relate to what has been told to me all my life. The story that still needs to be told is the event following the Holocaust, the Hungarian Revolution.The Russians took over Hungary and many people like myself had to escape from a life of Communism, and settle in the United States.
I would like to be in contact with the director or producer of the movie to perhaps have my mother video taped as a testament to the story.I would also like to be creatively involved in case there is a follow up story. I am an artist and am presently working on a children’s story
depicting my Mother’s story.
