For the 2021 Festival (October 7-13), we are looking to hire locally for these short-term positions.
ASSISTANT PRINT TRAFFIC COORDINATOR
HIFF29 is looking to fill a local seasonal staff position: the Assistant Print Traffic Coordinator reports to the Print Traffic Manager. Candidates be computer savvy and know how to work in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
- Position available from September 13 – October 14
Position requirements include:
- Collection and compilation of format, technical data and DCPs for master film schedule
- Creation of ingestion and testing schedule with Tech Director
- Transport film prints between screening venues during festival dates with Print Manager

VENUE STAFF AND BOX OFFICE SALES AGENTS
If you want to be at the center of the Hamptons International Film Festival, we are looking for skilled local people to join our box office and venue teams for this year’s Festival.
- Must have prior knowledge or experience in customer service or theater house management
- Must be available to work full-time from October 4-11
