Events Team: Production Assistants
Hamptons Film is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our Events Team for the 2026 Hamptons International Film Festival. We welcome all locally based individuals to work on-site and in the field from Wednesday, September 30, to Tuesday, October 13.
Requirements:
- Must be 21
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Candidates should be team players, good-natured, responsible, and organized
This is a hands-on role focusing on physical and logistical execution of events, screenings, receptions, and panels. Duties in the field of event production include:
- Venue setup, event management, and strike, including red carpet events
- Front of house
- Venue logistics
- Event support and operational assistance
- Guest attendance
- Troubleshooting as needed

Volunteers
HamptonsFilm enthusiastically welcomes volunteers throughout the year, both in our East Hampton Office and at our monthly events.
Our volunteer program for the festival will ramp up this fall. Please check back in August.
