*Please note: our on-site crew is there to set up and run the technical portion of the show. As the client, you will provide the staffing responsible for seating/parking your guests or patrons, and any ancillary operations separate from the actual screening, including but not limited to locations, permits, food/beverage, security, load-in/out, licensing of films if necessary, signage, bathrooms, etc.
