Met Under Moonlight: ‘MADAMA BUTTERFLY’ (Drive-In on April 17)

“There’s moonlight in the world, and there is magic. What better way to celebrate both and the arrival of spring than with some of the greatest music ever written? Bizet, Puccini, Gershwin… When was the last time you went to the beach to see a drive-in opera? Guild Hall and HamptonsFilm bring the beauty to you with Met Under Moonlight.” Josh Gladstone, Artistic Director, the John Drew Theater

As the Metropolitan Opera remains dark until September 2021, the live transmissions scheduled for the season have been canceled. This spring, Guild Hall and HamptonsFilm will join select cinemas across the globe to exhibit a selection of encore titles from past Live in HD transmissions in our Met Under Moonlight series.

Join us at Main Beach (104 Ocean Avenue, East Hampton) for a safe and unique viewing experience.
