Friday was our first full day of screenings, with loads of filmmakers on the ground and full houses of audiences seeing highly anticipated films like Alex Gibney‘s IN RESTLESS DREAMS: THE MUSIC OF PAUL SIMON, the World Premiere of Finn Taylor’s AVENUE OF THE GIANTS, Matt Heineman‘s AMERICAN SYMPHONY, and Maryam Keshavarz‘s THE PERSIAN VERSION.
WITHOUT A ROADMAP, a robust program of shorts, featured Alden Ehrenreich‘s SHADOW BROTHER SUNDAY, Yero Timi-Biu‘s ESSEX GIRLS, and Tyler Riggs‘ BLUE BOY.
HIFF is on a roll, and we hope you enjoy the movies all weekend long! As always, thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the films, to our sponsors for their continued support, and to all of the talented filmmakers for joining us this week. So much more to come, and we can’t wait!
