HamptonsFilm is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our Summer Internship team for 2026!
Interns will gain hands-on experience and develop valuable skills through various assignments related to our summer events and programs, including our popular SummerDocs series and free outdoor screenings in East Hampton. This is a compensated internship position.
General Responsibilities
- Support our operations and production team during outdoor screenings and events, which at times involves physically involved tasks such as setting up and breaking down equipment, moving gear, and assisting with on-site logistics
- Assist office staff with various administrative projects
- Be flexible and open to schedule changes
- Collaborate effectively with others
- Manage your own housing and transportation arrangements
HIFF Jr. 2026 Film Camp: July 6-10
- Interns interested in filmmaking will have the opportunity to interview to work in the HIFF Jr. Film Camp.
- Candidates should be experienced with cameras and editing film projects.
- Please indicate if you have tripods, a shoulder rig, and a DSLR camera, such as a Canon Rebel T5.
