Presale continues until tickets go on sale to the general public at noon on Monday, September 22.

All Benefactors and Movie Buffs: Presale begins Saturday, 9/20 at 12 noon
- Dual Benefactors + Movie Buffs: you may purchase up to 4 tickets maximum for any one film or conversation
- Single Benefactors: you may purchase up to 2 tickets maximum for any one film or conversation
Dual + Single Filmgoers: Presale begins Sunday, 9/21 at 12 Noon
- Dual Filmgoers: you may purchase up to 2 tickets maximum for any one film or conversation
- Single Filmgoers: you may purchase up to 1 ticket maximum for any one film or conversation
If you would like to purchase additional tickets to a particular screening or conversation, you may purchase additional tickets during the general public sale period, which begins on September 22. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Monday, 9/22 at 12 noon.

HIFF33 Film Guide
Before you can place an order online, you must be logged into your account to access the pre-sale and see the discounted Member prices.
1. If you are a member, click the SIGN IN button at the top right. (Not a member? Join as a Benefactor or Movie Buff for early access!)
2. Log in with your Elevent username (the email address registered in Elevent) and password. (Reset or recover your password if necessary. HIFF Staff does not have access to your password.)
3. Click on the first film you are interested in.
4. Select the screening you want to purchase, and click on the time of the screening.
5. A pop-up will appear. Look for the “Member Discount Price” on-sale button, and add the number of tickets you would like (see above for maximum number allowed).
(If there are no “Member Discount Price” tickets on sale, that means there are no advance tickets left for that screening.)
6. You will then see a pop-up; select continue shopping or checkout.
7. On the top left, click BACK TO THE FILM GUIDE.
8. Navigate to the various films you want to purchase tickets for and keep clicking Add to Cart. (The CART icon on the top right will show the # of tickets in your cart.) Repeat as necessary.
9. If you wish to delete something from your cart, click the CART icon and make edits there.
10. When you are finished shopping, click the CART icon and then hit Continue to Checkout.
11. This will bring you to your cart. Follow the steps until you complete the checkout process. Your tickets will not be “purchased” until you click CART and check out.
12. Once you checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from orders@mail.goelevent.com.
