SAFETY
If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, receive a positive test, or have recently had close contact with someone with COVID-19, please stay home and self-isolate in order to ensure the safety of others. HIFF and venue safety guidelines will be regularly monitored and updated as state and local health guidelines are adjusted.

SEATING
To guarantee admission, all pass-, badge-, and ticket holders must be present in line at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. We reserve the right to allow Rush access to any empty seats after that time. All seats are general admission, and all tickets are subject to availability. Saving space in line, or seats within the theater for other guests is NOT permitted. Late seating is at the discretion of the venue management team, and is not permitted 30 minutes after the start time of any screening or event. All attendees should arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the scheduled start time. For your comfort, please dress appropriately for October weather.

Founder Pass Holders’ preferred access expires 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the screening or event. At the 15-minute mark, a red flag will appear in the admission line. It will signify that Founder Pass Holders will be seated after individual ticket holders, based on availability. It is advised that individuals should arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the scheduled start time.

Any and all audio or video recording and/or photography is strictly prohibited at the event. The use of all personal electronic devices including but not limited to cell phones, cameras, handheld recorders, MP3 devices, audio and video recording equipment is strictly prohibited at the event.
