Guest Post from Box Office Staff!

We’ve made some changes this year when it comes to purchasing tickets to this year’s Hamptons International Film Festival, but don’t worry: all the changes are designed to benefit your experience at the Festival.

For instance, we’ve brought back the popular and convenient print-at-home ticket option, and we’ve changed our service fees around to make them more fair.

Check out our handy tips below, designed to help you navigate the ticketing process.

Box Offices Open Saturday!
  • Tickets go on sale this Saturday, September 26, at 10 AM—online and in person in East Hampton.
  • Phone sales and box offices in Southampton and NYC open at 12 PM.
Online
  • If you choose to purchase tickets online, head over to our online Film Guide to read about all the films screening at the Festival, find out when they are screening, and, even better, purchase tickets!
  • Once you have filled your shopping cart with lots of great films, consider your options. Why leave the comfort of your home to pick up your tickets? Just select the (free!) print-at-home option and send them to your personal printer. It’s that easy.
Phone
  • If you want to stay home but still talk to a person, give us a call at (212) 279–4200. We are open daily from 12 PM to 8 PM, beginning Saturday, September 26.
  • Our representatives are on call to help you purchase tickets and answer any questions you may have.
  • Don’t forget: you can still choose to print your tickets at home even if you place your order over the phone.
In-Person Box Offices
  • You can always visit one of our box office locations to purchase tickets and/or pick them up.
  • In East Hampton, we are conveniently located at 47 Main Street (inside Obligato, next to Book Hampton).
  • In Southampton, we have a box office at the Southampton Arts Center.
  • And if you are in NYC, head to 416 West 42nd Street, where we have a box office location inside the Playwrights Horizon Theater.
  • Visit our Ticketing Information page for the hours of operation.
