*NOTE: Discounted admissions are only available at the box office. For those that purchased discount tickets in 2017 you will have access to purchase discount tickets online or over the phone. Discounts are not available for rush sales. Discounts must be applied at the point of purchase. Refunds will not be applied retroactively.
TICKET POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
All Sales Are Final. No Refunds. No Exchanges.
♦ All tickets are subject to availability.
♦ From October 4 to October 8, box offices at all event venues will open approximately one hour prior to the first event’s scheduled start time.
♦ Any and all audio or video recording and/or photography is strictly prohibited at the event. The use of all personal electronic devices, including but not limited to cell phones, cameras, handheld recorders, MP3 devices, audio and video recording equipment is strictly prohibited at the event. The Hamptons International Film Festival will actively monitor the venue for such equipment, and any person found to be using recording equipment within the venue will be ejected from the venue and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Seating
♦ To guarantee admission, all pass-, badge- and ticket-holders must be present in line at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. We reserve the right to sell any empty seats after that time.
♦ Founder Pass-holders’ preferred access expires 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the screening or event. At the 15-minute mark, a red flag will appear in the admission line. The red flag will signify that Founder Pass-holders will be seated after individual ticket holders, based on availability. It is advised that individuals should arrive 30 to 45 minutes before the scheduled start time.
♦ All seats are general admission.
♦ Late seating is at the discretion of the venue management team and is not permitted 30 minutes after the start time of any screening or event.
♦ Children under the age of six (6) years old are not permitted at any screening or panel, with the exception of specific family programs.
Same Day Ticket Sales
♦ During the Festival, same day tickets are available at the East Hampton Main Box Office and Venue Box Office locations based on ticket availability.
♦ Advance ticket sales (online, phone) are discontinued approximately 30 minutes prior to a program start time.
♦ After this cut off time, tickets will only be available at the venue where the screening/event is taking place.
♦ If tickets are not available, we encourage patrons to wait in the RUSH line at the venue.
Rush Sales
♦ For events where there are no longer advanced sales available for purchase—Rush Sales Lines will form at the event venue approximately 45 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time.
♦ Admission will begin approximately 5 minutes before program start time based on availability.
♦ Admission is not guaranteed.
♦ Rush Sales are limited to one (1) ticket per person.
Will Call
♦ Beginning on Monday, September 24, online and phone ticket purchases are available for pickup at the East Hampton Main Box Offices during scheduled ticket outlet business hours.
♦ During the Festival, tickets may be picked up at festival locations during scheduled festival ticket outlet business hours.
♦ It is recommended to arrive at the ticket outlets early to ensure shorter wait times for day-of will call pick-ups.
♦ Purchaser must present the credit card used for purchase to claim order.
Ticket Surcharges
♦ Tickets purchased online or by phone are subject to a 15% order surcharge.
♦ Tickets purchased at any ticket outlet locations are subject to a 20% order surcharge.
♦ Will call delivery option is subject to an additional $6.00 order surcharge.
♦ Print at home delivery option is available for no additional charge.
♦ All phone orders are subject to $2.00 order surcharge.
♦ Pass/packages are subject to a $10.00 fulfillment surcharge per item.
