“Alec Baldwin is a friend, a father, a husband, a philanthropist, an advocate, an actor, and a beloved board member of this organization, among many other things. The one thing he is not, though, is someone who should have been criminally charged in connection with this tragic accident,” said Randy Mastro, on behalf of HamptonsFilm as its Chair.
“The loss of life that occurred here is heartbreaking. That it is a tragedy, though, does not make it a crime. Our thoughts go out to Alec and his family. We hope and trust he will be exonerated.”
