TICKETING NOTES

Same Day Sales

Same-day ticket sales during the Festival are available at all Box Office locations based on screening or event availability. Advance ticket sales (online, phone) are discontinued approximately 30 minutes prior to a program start time. Guests arriving 30 minutes or less before the showtime to a venue where tickets are still available should wait on the Rush Tickets line.

Rush Line

If all advance tickets for a screening have been sold, a Rush Line will be located outside the venue beginning one hour prior to the published start time. Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Approximately 10 minutes before the screening’s start time, the Rush Line will be admitted in order on a space available basis. Unfortunately there is no guarantee of tickets being made available to guests in this line. Voucher exchange or cash only. No discounts apply and admittance is not guaranteed.

Rush lines are located outside each venue.

SEATING

We advise arriving at the theater 30 to 45 minutes in advance to ensure good seating. Priority seating is allocated for filmmakers, passholders, and sponsors as a way to show our appreciation for their generous contributions.

Badge/Ticket Holders must be at the venue 15 minutes prior to the published show time to ensure seating. We reserve the right to sell any empty seats after that time.

Look for the red flag! At 15 minutes prior to the published show time, a red flag will appear in the admission line. If the red flag is up, Founders will be seated after individual ticket holders—provided seats are available.

Patrons are not allowed to hold more than one additional seat. Please, no children under the age of six at any screening or panel, except for the specific family programs. Thank you.
